1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All premium products offered through Coderwise.net, including but not limited to templates, software, and other digital items (the "Premium Products"), remain the exclusive property of Coderwise. When you purchase a subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Premium Products under the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Subscription and Access to Premium Products
By subscribing to any of our monthly or annual membership plans, you are granted access to download Premium Products as long as your subscription is active.
You may only download the Premium Products as long as your subscription remains valid. If your subscription expires or is canceled, your access to Premium Products will be revoked, and you will no longer be able to download them.
3. Usage Rights for Premium Products
You are granted a license to use the Premium Products for personal or commercial projects, subject to the restrictions set forth in this policy.
You may not:
Sell, resell, or distribute the Premium Products (either modified or unmodified) in any form, including but not limited to:
Redistributing or sublicensing the product.
Claiming ownership or authorship of the product.
Using the product to create a competing product or service for resale or distribution.
Transfer or sublicense the Premium Products to third parties in any way.
Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Premium Products.
4. Changes to Premium Products
Coderwise reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any Premium Products from the available catalog at any time, with or without notice.
If a product is removed from the Premium catalog during your active subscription, you will retain access to any previously downloaded products, but you will no longer be able to access any new or updated versions of those products unless they are included in a future update or release.
5. Subscription Terms and Renewals
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All payments must be made in advance to maintain continuous access to Premium Products.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, your access to Premium Products will remain until the end of your current billing period. Coderwise does not provide partial refunds for canceled subscriptions.
6. Right to Terminate Access
Coderwise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Premium Products if you violate any terms set forth in this policy.
If your subscription is canceled or expired, you must cease using all Premium Products and delete or destroy any copies of them from your devices.
